It was more like spring yesterday than winter. Today we have rain on the forecast in the valley and with the temps set to rise it will probably be rain on the higher ski runs as well. 

Today's mage is of Zenkoji Temple. With the rain on the radar it might be better for some to take a day trip today. We reccommend either Nagano city, which is the home to Zenkoji Temple, or Matsumoto City, which is home to Mastumoto Castle. To get to Nagano- catch the bus from Hakuba train station or Happo Bus termina. For Matsmoto take the train from Hakuba train station.
