Phoenix Hotel's signature restaurant and bar, Mimi's is the synergy and fusion of the best local produce coupled with award-winning international chefs, indulging your taste buds with all of that Hakuba and the surrounding Shinshu region has to offer. It is their responsibility to produce food of the highest standard, supported by an extensive Australian inspired iconic wine list to ensure a memorable dining experience for our patrons. They are truly blessed to have the stunning Shinshu produce at our fingertips, which is exceptionally showcased throughout our menu.
