The Hakuba Valley is quite spread out with the ski resorts lining the sides.  For those without their own transport, public transport system is quick and easy to use. During the winter in the evening there are night time shuttle buses delivering you from the accommodation districts to the major apres ski areas. Who wants to carry luggage on the trains in Tokyo? Many guests coming to the ski resorts either international or domestic make use of the very efficient courier service to send skis, boards, boots and other bulky equipment. Please see our courier service guide.
